30-Day Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused products in original condition and packaging.
To qualify for a return:

Cannon must be unused and unfired

Product must be in original condition with no damage, modifications, or missing parts

Original packaging is preferred
Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

Used or fired cannons

Consumable firing supplies or starter kits once opened

Custom or personalized orders
Return Shipping

Customer pays return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend insured shipping with tracking
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds are issued to original payment method within 5–10 business days

Original shipping charges are non-refundable and a 15% restocking fee will be applied unless the return is due to our error
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Include photos of packaging and product

We’ll make it right with replacement parts, exchange, or refund
1-Year Limited Warranty
Chattanooga Cannon Company warrants each cannon against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from delivery.
This covers:

Manufacturing defects
-
Structural failures due to normal intended use
-
Defective hardware or assembly issues
This does not cover:

Normal cosmetic wear
-
Damage from misuse, abuse, improper loading, overcharging, or unsafe firing

Damage caused by modifications or disassembly

Rust, corrosion, or improper storage

Accidental drops, impacts, or neglect
Examples of misuse include:

Overloading powder charges
-
Using smokeless powder
-
Using improper projectiles
-
Firing in unsafe conditions
If a warranty claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:

Repair the product

Replace the product

Issue store credit or refund

Our mini cannons are sold as novelty products for responsible adult use only (18+). By purchasing and using this product, the customer accepts all risks associated with operation and assumes full responsibility for safe use.
